Gary D. Burnison is Chief Executive Officer of Korn/Ferry International, as well as a member of the Firm's Board of Directors.

Under his strategy, Mr. Burnison spearheads the Firm's transformation as a diversified human capital organization. He brings hands-on experience to his current position, having served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Korn/Ferry from 2003-2007. Mr. Burnison joined Korn/Ferry as Chief Financial Officer in 2002.

To celebrate African American culture, the Pepperdine University Black Alumni Council is hosting a Black History Month discussion on the portrayal of African Americans in the motion picture industry.  We will discuss the evolution of African American stereotypes from early depiction to current trends of the 21st century. 
 
Join Reginald Hudlin, former president of entertainment at BET and producer of Django Unchained, and Lou Beatty, actor on Betty White’s Off Their Rockers, for an engaging discussion about the history of African Americans in film, including the recent blockbuster Django Unchained.

In an ever evolving business environment, organizations must be able to adapt and change to meet the demands of customers, shareholders and employees. The Pepperdine Leading Organization Change program is a unique Executive Education program focused on best practices in leading organization change and design.

The program is comprised of a series of three modules (each session is two days) addressing Leading Change, Models of Change in Complex Environments, Organization Design and Strategy. Participants who attend the entire 3-module program will participate in a change project, receive personal coaching, and earn a Certificate in Leading Organization Change.
