Marines' Memorial Club and Hotel
609 Sutter St.
San Francisco, CA 94102-1017
Wednesday, May 8 – Friday, May 10, 2013

The MSOD Alumni Council invites you to join us to collectively redefine "triple impact" (people, planet, profit) and explore what it means to be an agent of change at the individual, organization, and community level.

Don't miss the opportunity to reconnect within and across MSOD cohorts, come away with practical tips for applying OD skills in challenging and rewarding environments, and explore the best of San Francisco.

Join us as we seek to:

  • Increase awareness of growth opportunities as OD practitioners. The conference will feature interactive workshops on Use of Self and by Terri Egan, MSOD program director, and Suzanne Lahl, co-founder, Lahl and Egan Consulting, on Leading in Complex Environments: A Neuroscience-informed Approach to Use of Self.
  • Broaden our exposure to social innovation as a cutting edge approach for addressing large scale social and environmental challenges. Dr. Michael Crooke, visiting distinguished professor of business practice at Pepperdine University and former CEO of Patagonia, will lead a discussion on socially and environmentally conscious businesses and implications for OD practitioners.
  • Explore Non Nobis Solum (“not for ourselves alone”) as a mantra for serving the MSOD community and the wider communities in which we live. Design or refine your own OD intervention for contributing to positive change in our communities.

In addition, we will honor Gordon Brooks and his service to the MSOD Program at a cocktail reception on the second night of the conference. Stay tuned for more details in our next communication!
