According to Entrepreneur magazine, there were over one-million successful crowdfunding campaigns in 2012 that raised over $2.7 billion. Pepperdine LABS presents "Crowdfunding Your Dream Business Into a Reality," an in-depth two-hour lab revealing the do's and don'ts of crowdfunding. Key takeaways from this lab include:

    The Denver Business Series presents "The Legal Cafe - Finding and Managing Your Company’s Advisors" at the Denver Press Club.

    Lee Sachnoff of Kutak Rock, LLP will discuss how startups and established companies need to rely on professional advisors to organize and operate their businesses.
