Today, the Program enrolls twenty participants (called "Entrepreneurs") each academic year from the Los Angeles Salvation Army, the Union Rescue Mission, Hope Gardens and the Upward Bound House. Pepperdine University graduate students mentor the Entrepreneurs through an intensive twenty-four week curriculum focused on personal improvement, career development, and entrepreneurship.
