Niagara will be at the West LA campus to discuss their LDP Program. They are looking for stellar candidates to hire for this year's group. Niagara’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is focused on accelerating development by creating a pipeline for Leadership across the organization. LDP is an 18-month comprehensive program focusing on several core drivers of the business including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Accounting, Logistics, Sales, Quality, Sourcing, Legal and Human Resources. This program combines practicality and innovation through hands-on experience in every aspect of the business. In doing so, participants gain working knowledge of the day-to-day operations within the private label bottling industry. The focused training and development prepares participants for a successful career within Niagara Bottling.
