Speaker: Kresimir Perharda is a corporate and securities attorney. His clients benefit from his experience representing public companies and hands-on operational experience in three start-ups. He has tried and won matters before jurors, judges, and arbitrators. As a registered patent attorney, Todd has prosecuted hundreds of patent and trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and other agencies worldwide.
