Transitioning Into Your Passions and Strengths
Are you seeking a new career that will fuel your passions and engage your best qualities? We come alive when our work aligns with our values and strengths. Through the Values in Action (VIA) Strengths assessment, participants gain an understanding of their signature strengths, and how strengths can guide a career transition into work they find fulfilling.
Workshop Agenda:
• The importance of feeling passionate about work
• VIA Strengths interpretation
• Identification of signature strengths
• Creating a “passion map” that links strengths with job skills
• Integrating passions and strengths into a job search
Note: Participants take the free VIA Strengths assessment prior to attending, therefore, registering is required. Participants should come to the workshop with their results.
