Behavioral Lessons for a Fulfilling Career (and Life!)

  • Can inspiration last forever?
If you resonate with the above prompts, this interactive and informative workshop will provide an insightful perspective on behavioral recipe for living a successful and fulfilling life. The topics discussed in the workshop have their roots in Psychology, and are based upon speaker’s intimate interviews with 20+ CEOs and management executives on topics such as career success, happiness, relationships, and life.

The workshop requires no specific industry knowledge, and takes the audience through:
  • Behavioral studies – the quest for finding oneself
  • On mentors, and the philosophy of mentorship
  • CEO’s recommended reading list
The speaker used the insights gained from these executives to land jobs in strategy consulting, and later, investment management, after graduating from the business school.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Vibhu Sinha worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Advisory in the strategy consulting capacity and provided product and industry assessment, branding, and mergers and acquisition diligence services to global real-estate, premier private equity and hedge fund managers. Prior to PwC Advisory, Vibhu worked as Vice President at Trust Company of the West (TCW), a global $100+ billion asset manager. He began his career in financial services in 2004 as an Analyst at New Century, a $50 billion asset manager, prior to joining TCW. Currently, he works at Ares Management, an $85 billion international hedge fund. Vibhu completed his MBA with Honors from UCLA Anderson, where he was an honorary member of Vistage International, a CEO-mentorship organization. He has also authored an investment research paper on Hungarian Debt Crisis, in collaboration with the Hungarian Central Bank in Budapest. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) credential holder and recipient of the Presidential Award for Volunteer Service from The White House.
