The Consumer Banking Summer Associate Program develops future leaders while engaging them in challenging and business critical assignments in both non-client facing and client facing roles. The internship program offers a product and strategy track and market leadership track where recent MBA level candidates experience a 10 week summer program in various areas of the Consumer Bank organization. Examples of these areas are Retail Banking, Preferred and Small Business Banking, Global Marketing & Corporate Affairs, amongst others.
