Promoting and creating human connection in the virtual environment is the key to moving learners in the back row to the front. Discover best practices for OD Professionals designing digital experiences that cultivate more meaningful and applicable learning through the development of virtual learning relationships. Digital learning strategies gathered from interviews with community building experts and a case study of a MSOD hybrid learning environment will be shared. Participants will leave with techniques for improving connection and building trust in virtual learning experiences.
