Students learn to apply the behavioral science to management issues through integration of conceptual and experiential approaches to self awareness, perception, communication, intuition,motivation, productivity, group process, leadership, organizational change, career planning, entrepreneurship, and personal and organizational stress. Development of oral and written communication is stressed in the course. In addition to regular class sessions, a required personal development workshop assists students in attaining an accurate understanding of their patterns of communication and relating to others.
