Change management is a systematic approach to dealing with change both from the perspective of an organization and the individual. For an organization, change management means defining and implementing procedures and/or technologies to deal with changes in the business environment and to profit from changing opportunities. Organizations and the individuals in them inevitably encounter changing conditions that they are powerless to control.
Come hear from a panel of change management specialists regarding the work that they do, the realities of creating change or developing an organization, the common barriers or difficulties and how to overcome them, and their perspectives as an outside consultant attempting to create change in organizations as opposed to internally.
