Los Angeles, CA 90045
Saturday, July 29, 2017, 10am – 12pm

In this interactive session, Stacey Girdner will share about organizational change, the change process, and how you as an HR leader can help your workforce so they don’t take a dive but instead thrive amidst the chaos of an ever-changing business environment.

Key takeaways:
  • What happens to employees when the demand for change gets scary?
  • How HR can coach its organization’s managers so they can ease the stress of change for themselves and their direct reports.
  • How to build your resilience amidst others who are running around with their hair on fire or burying themselves under their desks.
As a result of this interactive presentation, participants will have a better understanding of:
  • the definition of organizational change
  • the emotional cycle experienced by those leading the change,
  • the emotional response by those on whom change is being imposed, and
  • what HR can do to ease the pain of change.
