Hear how graduates of Pepperdine’s MSOD program are uniquely applying their skills to today’s organizational challenges. Share with peers how your own O.D. knowledge is being used and examine what others are doing to expand your awareness of the applications of organization development. Founder & Executive Director, Insight Garden Program
Alumna of Pepperdine University’s MSOD Program
As part of her deep commitment to community service, social and environmental justice, and equitable food systems, Beth founded the Insight Garden Program in 2002 at San Quentin State Prison. Beth has seen expansion to eight additional California prisons (serving youth, women, and men), two juvenile facilities in Indiana, and a collaborative reentry program in New York City.
