Career and Professional Development is excited to announce our upcoming campus lunch talks as part of our Summer Leadership Lunch Series! This program is designed to provide students an opportunity to come together for shared experiences involving continued learning and leadership skills enhancement through connecting with notable alumni. Join us for lunch and an opportunity to have an informal conversation with our esteemed alumni, gain insight into their journey and career advice takeaways. First lunch talk is with alumna Caroline MacDonald, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Americas and Europe at Rosewood Hotels.
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Americas and Europe at Rosewood Hotels, Caroline is responsible for directing and implementing Marketing & Brand Strategy for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, New World Hotels & Resorts and KHOS, a new brand under development launching in China later this year. She is responsible for delivering strategic marketing, brand vision and leadership across all channels of customer segments within the portfolio globally. She provides vision as a thought-leader for the organization, driving consumer preference across the collection
Prior to joining Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Caroline held the position as Chief Marketing Officer for Auberge Resorts, executive positions in Sales and Marketing with Pinehurst Resorts and Carefree Resorts and Sales at DoubleTree/Canadian Pacific Hotel. Prior to her hospitality career, Caroline was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, working in Systems Management while stationed in Europe.
A graduate of Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, Caroline was recently recognized as one of Los Angeles’ Woman of Influence by American City Business Journals and Bizwomen for 2016. She was also honored by the Graziadio Business School as an alumni who exemplifies integrity, stewardship, courage, and compassion, while enriching the ever-changing business world through their superior skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
