In this interactive presentation, Dr. Terri Egan will introduce a neuroscience based vertical development model that focuses on:
  • How understanding your brain can improve your thinking and performance.
  • Why developing your SPINE (spiritual, intellectual, intuitive, emotional and physical) capacity is linked to effectiveness, resilience and agility.

ABOUT DR. TERRI EGAN

Terri D. Egan, Ph.D., is academic director of Pepperdine University's top ranked Masters of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) program and associate professor of applied behavioral sciences at the Graziadio School of Business and Management. She has taught graduate and executive courses in personal development, leadership, team effectiveness, organizational change and development, creativity and innovation and international organization development.
