With more of us working from home in these uncertain times, virtual communication using tools like Zoom, Skype, and WebEx are the new normal. Good communication is both consistently desired and consistently challenging in traditional in-person formats. This gets even harder when everything is moved online—introducing a variety of additional and complicating factors.
