In her current role, Donna works with Recruiting, HR, Legal, Diversity, and Analytics to identify areas of opportunity to ensure Facebook continues to provide a fair and equitable process for all candidates. Prior to Facebook, Donna worked in Recruiting at Yahoo and Linkedin, where she built up their media, product and marketing teams. Donna received her BA in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
