Graziadio alumni and students, are you an entrepreneur? Are you in the early stage of a start-up company? Join us at this virtual event to give your pitch to venture capitalists and other experts, vote for your favorite pitch, and virtually network with your fellow entrepreneur alumni.
Join your Graziadio Alumni Network community as we host, PitchEvent: Graziadio Alumni Network, Thursday, February 18, 2021, 6-7:30PM PST, in partnership with the Graziadio Peate Institute for Entrepreneurship and Garrett Gilbertson (MS ‘14), head of The Band of Angels LA Chapter and founder of Startup Mavericks.
Ten companies will be selected to present a one-minute elevator pitch to the expert panel of judges. Five companies will be selected to advance to the next round and will deliver a 5-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers with the judges. The winning company will be featured by Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA) and have the chance to present to the LAVA Group for your specific industry. Additionally, you will be invited to present to the Band of Angels LA.
Pitching companies, please register and send your pitch decks to Nicole Green, nicole.green@pepperdine.edu by Feb 12th. The companies selected to pitch will be notified by Monday, February 15th along with additional presentation details.
