Dr. Bernice Ledbetter, dean of students and alumni affairs and director of the Center for Women in Leadership, and Elizabeth Goodwin, assistant vice-chancellor, senior director of development for the Graziadio Business School, will host a select panel of industry experts holding vast knowledge and business experience.

Gordon, (MBA ‘07), Executive Advisor and Diversity Strategist, Rework , As a consultant and career strategist, Stacey has written career and diversity-related articles and provided content for SHRM, FastCompany, Skillsoft, Forbes, NPR Radio, BBC Radio, Essence Magazine, and Monster.com, to name a few. She is the CEO of Rework Work, and has delivered keynote speeches, consulted, and developed educational content that has engaged professionals globally, both in-person and in a virtual environment., Britta Wilson (EdD '16, EMBA '92), Vice President of Inclusion Strategies, Pixar Animation Studios, A compelling and engaging speaker, Dr. Britta Wilson is an Inclusion, belonging, and diversity strategist and evangelist. Wilson has inspired audiences around the world at notable events hosted by SxSW, the NFL Network, and Next Wave in Entertainment Symposium bringing insight and wisdom drawn from numerous vantage points and industry perspectives. Britta has worked extensively in the entertainment industry including Paramount Pictures, the Walt Disney Company and, most recently, Pixar Animation Studios. , Binwa Sethi , Principal, Threefold Leadership, Binwa Sethi is the Principal of Threefold Leadership, a leadership development practice. Her experience spans multiple industries with several global organizations: ADP, PepsiCo, Ingersoll-Rand, and Johnson & Johnson. She has managed talent in over 20 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. , Chau Le (MBA ‘91), Chief Operating Officer, Northwestern Mutual , Chau has dedicated her 26-year career developing strategic services focused on growing high performing advisors and teams. She leads all operations, encompassing financial planning, investment management, human resources, and technology. In 2017, she and John Klemm, her life partner and fellow UCLA alumnus, collaborated with UCLA to launch Peers For Careers, a pioneering program designed to help students on the autism spectrum improve their college experience and employability. She earned her MBA from Pepperdine University.
