MSOD faculty will be joining us to share their perspectives and recent research, and we’ll have the opportunity to interact with them in a deep and meaningful way as we explore OD in ourselves, our systems, and our world.
KEYNOTE SESSIONS
We are thrilled to announce that famed co-creator of Appreciative Inquiry, David Cooperrider (www.davidcooperrider.com), will be a keynote speaker.
Our other keynote speakers include renowned OD pioneer, Dr. Beverly Kaye (bevkaye.com).

PEER TO PEER SESSIONS
Learn directly from our extraordinary community of MSOD alumni as they share innovative OD tools, frameworks, models and practices from around the world.
LEARNING CIRCLES
Deeply connect with fellow alumni, learn together, and give voice to your conference experiences in intimate virtual small groups. You will be grouped according to your time-zone preferences and the journey starts about a month before the conference begins!
OPEN SPACE
Throughout the conference, we will create a series of virtual Open Space engagements - MSOD style - where you will have the virtual power of the “The Law of Two Clicks”: you decide the topic of the conversation, you decide where to show up. Expect the perfect experience to unfold!
Support our MSOD Founders Scholarship: You are invited to give a gift during the registration process which will go directly to our MSOD Founders Scholarship. This fund will strengthen the Long Grey Line by making an MSOD education accessible for those who could not otherwise afford the program.
