MSML: Working with the Team You've Got: How Leaders Activate Diversity
Virtual | October 26, 2023 | 12:00 - 1:00 PM PT
The Graziadio Masters of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML) Champions invite the Pepperdine community to a special virtual event, Thursday, October 26, 12:00-1:00 PM PT, featuring Colonel Jason Trew.
As leaders, there are times when we cannot pull together a 'dream team' that embodies all the expertise and divergent thinking styles we know are important for performance. So how do we activate the diversity that already resides within each of us? In other words, how can leaders get everyone to be their 'full freaky self'? The answer is not only useful -- it is part of the sacred responsibility of leadership.
