Leadership Development Program Job Description:
You will rotate through three customized positions within AT&T, which provides a diverse work experience to gain strong foundational knowledge about our business. Your assignments will be based on evaluations that will identify your key strengths, unique background and passions. Your work will be impactful—whether you’re providing solutions for customers with a global footprint, leading multi-million-dollar projects in one of our innovation centers or expanding the nation’s fastest 4G network.
Finance Leadership Program:
The AT&T Financial Leadership Program (FLP) is a nationally recognized, three-year leadership development program designed to cultivate the future business leaders of AT&T's Finance Organization.
Participants in this program complete three, one-year job rotations within our Finance Organization and Operations Rotations are offered in many different areas of corporate finance, as well as financial analyst positions and operational assignments in our business units. Examples of job rotations could include:
Business Case Development
Corporate Controllers/Accounting
Corporate Planning
Corporate Strategy
Financial Analysisi
Forecasting
Investor Relations
Treasury
Internal Audit
Business Unit Finance
Business Unit Operations
