The DBS presents a new breakfast speaker series, The Legal Café. These events are informative presentations on specific legal topics by Denver attorneys for company executives. This August, DBS will be presenting the Affordable Care Act for Employers.
This presentation will discuss what employers need to know in order to make sure they are complying with the Affordable Care Act. Although the Employer Shared Responsibility provisions have been delayed, new deadlines are quickly approaching, and many other provisions of the Act are currently in effect. Increased enforcement and significant penalties require that employers stay up-to-date on this important law.
A light continental breakfast, coffee and juice will be served. Parking is located in lots on either side of the Denver Press Club or walk from your downtown office.
