Interviewing for the following programs -
Financial Leadership Program (FLP)
People propel us to deliver the future before anyone else. However, it requires dedication, passion and hard work. But most importantly, it requires leadership. With strong leaders our spirit of innovation thrives, and that’s why at AT&T we continuously invest in people to run and lead our company. With the goal of delivering the future first for our customers, our leaders make the impossible, possible.
Are you a future business leader? We think so. The FLP is consistently ranked in America’s Top 10 Finance Internships by Vault Inc. That means you’ll gain the training, mentoring and networking you need to learn all about our Finance Organization. In fact, you’ll work directly with our top financial decision-makers and executives. How’s that for experience? You’ll also complete three different year-long job rotations in areas like Business Case Development, Capital Planning, Treasury, and Investor Relations (just to name a few). The goal? Setting you up for an amazing career.
If you have a passion for numbers and technology, this program was made for you.

For more than 25 years, we’ve consistently produced leaders that help us stay ahead in our fast-changing industry. That means you’ll have everything you need to stretch your talent further than you every thought possible.
As part of this two-year program, you’ll gain exposure by completing three customized job rotations. It’s a great opportunity to collaborate with experts and lead teams of extraordinary people. Not to mention advance your skills, unleash your greatest potential and help deliver the future to our customers.
