CRUCIAL CONVERSATIONS
How to have successful conversations that matter

It’s a matter of fact that having successful conversations – especially the crucial ones – determines the quality of your results. Communication is the best tool we can master to create the outcomes we want to see, experience, and feel. Knowing how to effectively have a crucial conversation is paramount for everyone, especially executives, managers, and those in leadership. Without effective techniques for conversation on crucial matters, the art and science of meeting organizational goals, inspiring and influencing others, having successful relationships, and managing your career is much more cumbersome and the results far from rewarding.

This conversation is designed to strengthen your communication skills so that you can have those crucial conversations with your boss, your spouse, your sibling, your child, your employee, your coworker, or your friend with more ease, confidence, and purpose. You will learn practical techniques to create more streamlined messages, carve out your voice and understand others’, and delve in conversations that create results.

In this keynote, you will learn:
How to prepare for high-stakes situations with a proven technique.
How to transform anger and hurt feelings into powerful dialogue.
How to make it safe to talk about almost anything.
How to be persuasive, not abrasive.
How to use new techniques to enable successful conversations.

BREAKING INTO THE INDUSTRY
How to land your dream career in the field

We’ve all heard that it’s not what you know, but who you know when it comes to climbing up the corporate ladder or landing your ideal opportunity. There’s about 50% truth to that. The rest of the 50% comes from how well you present yourself. Your network and your personability together make a lethal combination to get you to the next level in your career. Knowing how to effectively build relationships that count and master a sense of direction is especially critical for breaking into the organizational development industry and making your mark. Without a sense of direction or the know-how of effective techniques to leverage your network, breaking into the industry and getting to where you want to be in it will be much harder.

This conversation is designed to strengthen your professional branding and strategy so that you can enter the field of Organizational Development with a sense of direction, purpose, and path. You will learn practical techniques to create opportunity for yourself, build a business and brand that is aligned to the work you want to pursue, and engage in a meaningful and rewarding career based on your goals.

In this keynote, you will learn:
How to approach and land potential opportunities.
How to connect with the decision makers.
How to shine in the work you do.
How to get clients or potential employers to reach out to you.
How to be a personable professional.

Your Speaker:
Dr. Pardeep Kullar is a Certified Executive Coach and holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. At Pepperdine, she not only learned how to lead organizations to improve their efficacy, but also how to develop people to have a greater impact, personally, professionally, and in leadership. She runs her own firm, Kullar & Associates, LLC., which specializes in career transition and outplacement for executives and professionals in Fortune 500 and Global 2000 corporations.
