Alum Justin Lee (MBA '14) and Arnold Lebrilla will be on campus to discuss leadership and culture at Bank of America. Learn about the career paths available at BofA and how personal branding and self - awareness plays a role in leadership and career growth. As the co-chair for the Orange County and Los Angeles chapters of the Asian Leadership Network, they will also share their experiences, both challenging and rewarding, maneuvering through the business world as an Asian American, particularly at Bank of America and the role of the Asian Leadership Network and the Leadership Development Program.

Speaker: Justin Lee, Vice President, Small Business Manager, Justin joined Bank of America in 2009, as the manager for the Garden Grove Main Financial Center. He has also held various roles with the Bank such as Consumer Market Performance Manager, Small Business Banker and Market Sales Manager., As manager for Sr. Small Business Relationship Managers in North Orange County, Justin led this team to the highest composite scores in the first quarter of 2017 and was one of two teams nationally to achieve perfection on the scorecard., Justin is the co-chair for the Orange County chapter of the Asian Leadership Network. He helped create the network’s inaugural Leadership Development Program which develops 25 high potential associates from various lines of businesses in the areas of personal branding, public speaking and networking., Prior to joining Bank of America, Justin was a Credit Manager and Branch Manager for Wells Fargo. Justin obtained his MBA from Pepperdine University and his Undergraduate Degree from UC San Diego with a major in Management Science. He is also certified with his Series 7 and 66 licenses. In his spare time he loves spending time with his wife and daughter, Jayna., Arnold Lebrilla, Vice President, Portfolio Management Officer, Arnold Lebrilla is a Vice President and Portfolio Management Officer III in Commercial Real Estate Banking, serving major real estate developers, REITs, and private real estate investment funds. Arnold joined Bank of America in 2003, and has held various roles as an Individual Contributor and Manager in Operations, Consumer Banking, Global Risk, and now Wholesale Credit. Prior to his current role, Arnold spent six years in Special Assets Group, Business Banking where he had one of the strongest track records in the nation for the rehabilitation of distressed credit relationships., Arnold currently serves as the Los Angeles Regional Co-Chair for ALN. In 2015, Arnold collaborated with a team of highly passionate professionals to create the Southern California ALN Leadership Development Program, which focuses on developing and mentoring Asian American professionals into future leaders. Arnold previously served as Vice President of Education for ALN’s San Gabriel Valley Toastmasters Club., Arnold holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Northridge and a Certificate in Accounting from UCLA Extension. Arnold also holds a California real estate broker license and has passed CFA Level I for his own curiosity. In his free time, Arnold enjoys traveling, fitness, golf, and basketball. Arnold lives in Orange County with his wife, Jung, and daughter, Emma.
