Ready, set, run (walk or ride)! Set a movement goal and join the Pepperdine community as we participate in Waves Run 2021.
Though we may be physically distanced, we move together! In honor of Pepperdine's 1937 founding, Waves Run 2021 encourages you to move 37 miles in 37 days leading up to Give2Pepp on March 10. You have the flexibility of picking dates and times that work for you and you will log your mileage during a weekly check-in. Along with a finishers bundle, all registered participants have access to a downloadable race bib, pep talk videos from Pepperdine personalities, as well as nutrition and fitness information. Let’s get movin’!
Cost: $15 registration fee, which includes a custom medal, Pepperdine branded fitness towel and socks. The finishers bundle will be shipped to participants at the address submitted during the registration process. Check back soon to see the swag designs!
Give2Pepp is almost here: You are invited to give a gift to the area of your choice's greatest need during the registration process and it will count for Give2Pepp 2021 on March 10! Every gift, no matter the size, strengthens our community. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of current and future Waves.
Finishers bundle shipping notice: Your run bundle will be sent after registration has closed in mid-February and is estimated to arrive on or before March 10.
Track your progress: Registrants will receive a weekly check-in email from an Alumni Affairs team member, but are encouraged to track movement through various apps (ie, Nike Run Club, FitBit, iPhone Health App, Google Fit). Waves Run 2021 is not a competition, simply an encouragement to challenge yourself to move however you would like for 37 days!
Due to the nature of this event, refunds will not be available after the close of registration on February 12.
