Speaker: Michel Issa, Michel Issa dreamed of becoming a monk. Almost ten years of his life was put into that dream. Michel's journey began with a strong desire to make a difference for people. However, he felt that he could make a major difference outside of the monastery walls. But when he decided to return home to Sweden to seek a regular job, he went through the terrible experience of applying to hundreds of jobs with no results. But when he even got a ”no” after a job interview at Mcdonalds, he was ready to give up but he decided to create his own future by becoming a entrepreneur without even knowing what an entrepreneur means or having knowledge of doing business., Today Michel operates seven successful companies, a charity organization that is building medical centers and has successfully implemented many "impossible" projects. Within three years of being unemployed, he has received several major awards, among others, Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 that he received from the King of Sweden, Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2014, the Future Leader 2014, the Supertalent of the Year 2013 etc., Steve Mehr, Steve Mehr is a CEO, Lawyer and Serial Entrepreneur. In today’s competitive business environment, no one achieves success by accident. This is especially true for Steve. Over the past twenty years, Steve has founded, built, and managed almost a dozen successful co mpanies - ranging from consumer electronics, e-commerce and software, to law firms and professional service agencies. As a successful entrepreneur, Steve became a millionaire at age 26 by growing a consumer electronics business he founded while still in high school. Through WebShark360 Steve controls large media and advertising budgets for dozens of companies through his team of 50 employees. As a successful lawyer, Steve currently serves as chairman of Jacoby & Meyers California operations, which is one of the country’s most recognized law firms with offices from Los Angeles to New York., In his down time, if Steve is not traveling, he takes on consulting projects with other CEO’s and founders in the areas of business model development, strategic planning, creation of effective branding campaigns, and growth management.
